Dear Sweet Heavenly Highness Queen Muಌ,
It was so nice to hear from you today! I remember your Mom - she was so very good to me. That is why I stuck to her like Velcro.
Yes, just four more days until Mom's birthday. I miss her and am so glad Angels Rusty, Hannibal, Kato, and Giovani are on the Bridge with her to celebrate.
My new Mom has lots of patience with me, and she says I am getting nicer every day. I'm adjusting to the hot summers and only go out on the lanai early mornings & evenings. I have sleep with my new Mom every night since arriving - right next to her! She just can't pet me too much or I attack...teehee

You sound like my brother Vika. Just walk in and take over! Wait a minute....he arrived shortly after me...did YOU send him? He keeps telling us he's a messenger from heaven. I was so happy to have the pictures your mama sent for my page. And the beautiful framed one! She's keeping it at Babushka's, with one like it of Katya. Katya was mama's first kitten. Before that she had stray cats, barn cats, but no babies. I do enjoy being king! Hello Angel Queen Mu
Thank you for the visit, your kind words & the angel dust. I am eating the Prescription Diet k/d dry food but I refuse to eat the k/d canned. I am eating some of Casper Todd's Blue Buffalo Wilderness Wild Delights canned foods and SC Ideal Balance canned. These all have less than 10% protein. Mommy hopes my BUN & Creatinine levels will have decreased (or at least stayed the same) when I return for my recheck in August. Moms do like to worry about us, don't they?!

Hello Angel Queen Mu
Pawing by to say hi and to let you know that I have been diagnosed with early stage kidney disease. Right now we are just changing my diet to Prescription Diet k/d dry food and low protein canned food. I go back to visit Dr. William in August for my 3-month bloodwork recheck.
I still seem to feel good. I run and play. So Mommy is thankful for that.

EUGENE, OREGON WEATHER REPORT:
The temperature was high 77 & low was 40 this morning, now it's 77 with humidity 31% & wind is 14 MPH WSW. Monday's suppose to be Showers & High 66.

♥ Well, mom told Callie 239447 that she met her match!!!! Saturday morning mom just happened to look over at the end of the couch to see Sassee 10605 sitting on it, which mom thought was awfully strange cuz she never gets on that end table then she seen Callie hunkered down under the top shelf of the end table. Mom told Sassee to leave her alone then mom had to pry Callie out from under that shelf part!!!! That's the first time Callie's been scared. Mom told Callie not to mess with Sassee especially when Sassee's in pain!!!! Sassee is the ALPHA girl inside!!!! No one was hurt!!!!
♥ Mom opened dad's window after she finished her kitty chores so we could go out in the cattery. Funny thing is though, she had it boarded up with plywood as it's suppose to rain today and she didn't want everything getting wet. At least we got the fresh air as well as relaxing out there!!!!
♥ Mom and dad didn't do much xcept relaxed and watched a couple movies on tv then some recorded shows on the DVR.
♥ Mom took the first cuttings of two roses today from her rose bushes. One is of her Angel Face which has a beautiful fragrance and the other is Jacobs Coat.

Mom forgot to close our window yesterday morning before she went out in the back yard and after she started using that noisy weedeater, I was no longer lying in the window when she looked so she called dad on his cell phone (he was in the house) and asked him to close our window.
For the next several months we may not be on too often as mom and dad will be xtra busy. We will try to get on when we can!

Yes, we knew your sweet momma was married last year as you wrote us shortly after that!!!! But when do they have time to see each other when your momma's still working so many different jobs????

The temperature was high 63 & low was 50 this morning, now it's 62 with humidity 41% & wind is 7 MPH NNE. Tuesday's suppose to be Sunny & High 62.

♥ Mom & dad had an errand to do first thing this morning then when they got back home, they pretty much rested & watched recorded shows. Mom's been dealing with a nasty headache all day, too. I took advantage of the situation & got lots of mom time!!!! Tehehehe!!!! Mom says her & dad will be back to working in the back yard tomorrow though with getting sand for the sand-litter box then other clean ups!!!!

"Cat rescued from sign above highway"
ELKHART, Ind. (UPI) Animal rescuers in Indiana said a cat was brought down from atop a sign near a highway overpass two days after it was first spotted.
The Humane Society of Elkhart County said the Elkhart Police Department received a call Thursday about a cat on top of a sign near the St. Joseph Valley Parkway overpass on U.S. 33, but officers were unable to find the feline, the Elkhart Truth reported Wednesday.
The Humane Society received a similar call the following day and the orange cat was discovered sitting atop a light on the sign, about 15 feet from the overpass, said Megan Gonterman, assistant director of the Humane Society.
The cat was rescued with help from the Elkhart Street Department.
"He was a little on the dehydrated side," Gonterman said. He ate right away, so he was pretty hungry, too.
"He was a little scared of stuff at first, but he's a really friendly cat," she said. I think he was just happy to be down.
The cat, which has been dubbed Freeway, was likely thrown from the overpass, Gonterman said. She said it would have been difficult for the feline to reach the perch on its own.

♥ Mom woke up early this morning with a very tired and sore body. Her and dad basically took it easy other than mom taking care of us and also gathering the garbage and yard debris then taking the containers to the curb for morning pick up!!!!
♥ Mom and dad will be back to their busy days again starting Monday. Mom says we will be getting lots of cattery time this week since we are suppose to have Summerlike weather all week!!!!

♥ K. FIDEL 14733; TONANTZIN 14732 & CHE 14734 as their sweet momma SARA CAZARES went to her Forever Sleep yesterday (4/20/2013) morning from complications follwing a stroke she had last year. Sara was a very active momma with her husband, 2 sons, 3 fur kits & 1 doggie as well with the schools and politics. She was still a young woman at age 48. She also used to be very active on CC. Many of us old CC timers were close to Sara and her kitties.
We are so sad to learn of her Forever Sleep and she will be deeply missed!!!!
Please keep this family in your prayers.
