How We Met
The wall hanging in my Avatar is a Native American Medicine Wheel. Mom wanted to pay tribute to my healing powers with my Kerry.
I was up for adoption at our vet and Mom couldn't pass up the cute frown my markings made. I was sitting there all by myself; all my brothers and sisters had found homes. I stole Mom's heart. I have NEVER had to be disciplined for ANYTHING. I very shy, never comes out for anyone other than Mom or the catsitter. The ringing of the doorbell means instant disappearance under the bed.
Shamrock is a trooper and Mama's Girl. She has a HUGE HEART. Shamrock and Kerry were inseparable.
Shammy, this is your Mom telling you a secret. You have made me so very happy with the way you have adjusted to Kerry's being gone. Once again my lap is overflowing with your sweet fur and loving purr. Thank you for rejoining our family circle after devoting yourself 24/7 to Kerry for almost 2 years. I love you so much.

May 6, 2013--- Guess its about time!
Good Monday Morning! Have a super day! We want to apologize that it has been forever since we did a good round of blogging on CC. Now we are doing a c/p and do have to apologize to you. We are well and have told a few friends that mom is planning a big trip to visit family in Norway this summer. Also, a cousin from Norway will be returning here for a visit after. Mom has to do some painting and work on the house too or arrange for it to be done. Kitty care and a house-sitter is arranged. Doggy care is in the works. Mom got her e-ticket and her Passport came Saturday.
We also feel guilty that K.Barney did promise continued stories time to time and so far we have not! Well, we do have one for today, but will have to keep it short. Not a story mom is too proud of, because she should have listened to Angel Pasha, who you met during our Catpaign. One summer night he bit her arm to wake her out of a sound sleep and then ran to the window. To mom's credit she looked out, but did not see anything, so chased Pasha from their room. He tried to protest and kept running to the window, but mom still did not see anything and did not investigate further. Well, she did lean her lesson----- in the morning she talked to her neighbor and found out he had been gone that night and his house was robbed! Mom felt so guilty that she had not done more, but she was so tired and did not see or hear anything from where she was. She sure learned that cats may have more of a sense when something is wrong than most humans realize. Hmmm... Came on to keep your account active huh?
That's why we came on today!!! Mama looks like she could really use an Irish Coffee this morning too! It's been an incredibly rough year for mama's human family. Her sister is battling breast cancer, her mom is terminal with a malignant brain tumor, and mama herself is still trying to regain her footing after breaking her ankle!!! She's hopping around here with a plate and 8 screws holding that thing together. Needless to say, we're lucky if she even remembers to feed us! MOM... FILL OUR BOWLS PLEASE!!!

How did you know, Mommie needed that Irish blessing for Daddy tonight! You are such an intuitive precious kitty! I love your profile photo, by the way. I've been missing my Daddy a lot today. Mom let me stay on the table on his placemat tonight ( a big no no) while she ate dinner. She understood that I needed to be there. Miss your Mom & Pray she is ok.Mom & Dad spent the weekend looking for Ox our neighbors cat.He disappeared Friday night & Thank God he came home at mid night last night. Mom thinks he might have accidently got locked in someone garge. **Footprints of a Kitten**
A soft ball of white fur escapes from the cat bed,
and vanishes behind the sofa. Pretty blue
eyes peeks at all who walk by. Getting used
to a new home is kinda strange at first.
By morning she has scattered food across the kitchen.
Established a bed in the laundry basket.
Batted brussel sprouts all over the counter.
Shredded a roll of toilet paper.
Climbed the lace curtains - to their detriment.
Walked milk footprints down the hall.
Used her box - with a vigorous displacement of the litter.
And fallen asleep in the TV cabinet.
Thank for you the warm welcome and congrats on my 1st COTD badge! What a lovely thing to say how I've landed into one of the nicest families on CC. We think you're pretty SPECIAL too. I accept the DIVANESS too and will RUN RAMPANT MONDAY NIGHT! I truly have put a smile on Mom's face.

Hey Girlfriend!
Seems like "furever" since we purred! Mom's been busy shopping until she dropped with her sister for the past 12 days! Aunt Julie went home yesterday. Sounds like a good plan to show Laci how to use Mom's credit card! Believe me, she's so little she could fit into one of our handbags. Today was Laci's vet visit for her last shot and then to remove one stitch from her big girl surgery. Shamrock, I'm not too sure about her. She seems sweet enough but I really don't want to interact with her. I'm content to watch her "from afar." Now Fuzz, who as you know loves to play the game of chase, is enjoying BEING chased! Yes! Laci is always hot on his tail and I think that's good for him! He's very gentle with her and seems to like this game. Glad to hear you and Davina are trying to get along. Has Spring sprung by you? It's warm down here - Mom and Julie were in the pool each day! That's so unusual for March! Sorry about those shutters being gone and replaced with curtains. Don't claw them, just sneak your little head under them to see outside.

We are so very sorry to hear of your sweet Kerry crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Our hearts ache for you, the IC and your dear Momma. This is the first time we have been on in a week. Mom's been sick and CC was just not loading pages for us. We know your dear Kerry was met by all the other CC angels and watches over all of you as he did when he was here.
