Hi Sandy, Angels, Ana and Haley♥ It's too bad that Janet had to work, yesterday, but if you celebrated days ago, I guess it didn't matter. More money in the coffers! Glad Janet got the weeding done and we hope she won't have to do it before she and Nat leave on vacation. We wish her luck on getting the car insurance for Nat as it can be very expensive! Sure hope the vacation is really enjoyable for both of them. Well, furiends, Mom is tired and is falling asleep at the computer. She woke up at 4:30 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. I like to sit like that alot! Mom and dad thinks I look pretty cool, too! MOL! ♥ Mom cleaned up this kitty that she had stuffed away in the storage shed for a couple years. She used to use it for the outside kitties as their waterer til she learned not to use plastics and such for our food and waterers. Anyways, she brought it inside and put it on the front room floor for us to check out so that's just what I started doing then Rhoamin 2921 came over to see it then I got in it and laid down! Can you guess what came next? Yeppers, the Pawpurrazzi's at it again! Mom took three pictures of me in it and now you can see me, too, in my picture gallery! MOL! ♥ So some of you were wondering what kind of bulbs mom got from Michigan Bulb! Well, she got 15 Cool Breeze Freesia Blend bulbs; 3 Summer Cheer Daffodil bulbs; 3 Switzerland Begonia tubers; 3 Passion Mixed Begonia tubers and 1 Independence Hosta plant. She's suppose to get the rest next week which is Oxalis Triangularis (Wood Sorrel) and Mixed Ranuculus. HI Sandy,Haley,Ana,Angels How are you today.A rainy day off,on here for us,but mr.sun is peeking out right now again.Me,mom went for my little exploing walk,I did not pull out of my harness today,mom said good thing, her ole back was to sore to chase after me again,hehe!Checked out my birdie tree,scratched my claws,I was looking up and there were some birdies,I said hi birdies,want to come play with me today,but they all flew off,ole birdies,I was not going to bother them,hehe! We have not saw that ole fox anymore,mom said she hoped it was gone, did see 2 of the groundhogs eating grass,but they sure were acting scared and watching all around them. I ate grass,checked out under all bushes,nothing out it was to wet,I was looking under a bush and mom shook the limb and all the rain came right down on me,ahh mom,that was not funny at all,now I'm all wet,mom laughed at me!Just for that I wacked Spotty when he came around me.Oreo was laying on the gravel upside down watching a butterfly,I tried to catch it but it got away.Ate a moth that landed right on the grass in front of me,I sure chomped him up fast,hehe!Then mom said time to go in,the grass was to wet for me to be in it,ahhh mom that will wash my paws off for me,but in we came,I did hiss a little.Made all house rounds,all ok,toys in thier place,mr.innertube,spider were napping.Mom went to rest so I went with her,did not carry mr.innertube in today,he looked to comfy napping,hopped up beside mom,ate my treats,Wicket ate his on the other side of mom,then all of a sudden a birdie flew right to the window and was sitting on the ledge looking in, jumped up so fast I almost stepped in moms face,she said watch it Spongie,those claws are sharp,quick move mom,gotta see that birdie,it just sat there looking at me in the window,I think it was laughing at me,if I could only have got that window open,mom got up to look and it flew off,ahhh mom,you scared the feathers off that birdie when you looked out the window,now its gone,I just lay down with my back toward mom,but I kept my eye on that window all the time I was laying there.Mom said maybe it wil be back later Spongie,I think they might have a nest in the tree out from the window,yaaaa,I hope they do mom,just don't scare them again!Now I'm laying on my toy rug looking right out at that tree hoping to see my birdie friend again,think I will call him window birdie,hehe!Wicket laying on the other side of toy rug,Baby laying in window,Cindell,Missy napping,mom had to go move Missy she had her head laying in the dry food plate sleeping,hehe.Sounds like Janet,Nat are getting ready for thier vacation,hope they have a safe trip and have a great time,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels. Hi Sandy, Angels, Ana and Haley♥ Happy Father's Day to your Dad, too! There was a special church service honoring all the Dads today and they each got a little screw driver set. Other than that Mom and Dad didn't do anything special. Dad got an e-greeting from our hooman brother who is in Afghanistan, right now. We are having rain that started late this evening and will probably last through Tuesday. Don't know how much we'll get, but Mom kinda likes it, cuz it makes most of us stay inside more. Don't worry, we'll be there for the prewedding sports day on Furiday! Wouldn't miss it for anything. Glad we're spending the night, cuz Mom wouldn't not be awake at that time of the morning to get us there. We hope that Janet and Nat have a good vacation and the bus trip that she will take this year. Dad loves lighthouses! It would be a fun trip for him, if he lived up there. Mom's brother and sister-in-law, who are moving here, will be here on Caturday, too! It will be a busy day for us. Well, we have to go for now, but will see you, tomorrow. I'm glad that your family had a nice Father's Day even though you celebrated early. It doesn't really matter what the calendar says, you can make any day you want into Father's Day, right? Our Dad had pretty much a normal day only today he got presents and extra loving from us plus a phone call from our human brother. We're curious, Sandy. How does Janet weed at night? I am guessing that you mean late evening while it's still light outside rather than actual night time, right? It would be awfully hard to tell which plants were weeds in the dark! Our Mom spent a lot of time Thursday, Friday and yesterday weeding, which didn't make her bad finger feel any better at all. This year the weeds are just terrible and Mom can't keep up with them. When it came Amy, Mom's niece, but everything together. Now we are up and running again. The day is beautiful, now rain for a change. Hi Girls, Happy Sports Day...hope it's not raining up there. Sorry for not blogging as of late. My Mama has been offline, so of course that makes us offline too! Darn! We got a major computer virus and it slowed down our computer so much Mama was ready to throw it out and get a new one. But her son saved the day...he worked on it and got a Trojan taken off that caused all the problems. Now it's working back to normal thank goodness. It was so bad it wouldn't even pull up CC. My Fur sibs and I are having a great summer. We made friends with our neighbor dog Katie...Katie just sets and watches us play all day. Our baby kitty Mitsy is growing like a weed. She'll be five months old in August and doing great too. A Christian friend of Mama's recently lost their kitty that was 15 years old. They were devastated because she got sick so fast and died within two weeks. But they decided to get another kitten to fill their loneliness. They got one 3 weeks ago from CARA Animal Shelter and it died suddenly a couple of days ago. They said they were totally attached to it, even though they only had the kitten for 3 weeks. CARA is doing an autopsy to see why the kitten died. He died in their arms about 5 AM in the morning (they think the kitten had heart failure). At least the kitten had three weeks of a very loving family. They had posted pictures of them with the kitten on Facebook. It made our Mama cry! I told this story to let you know, I would love for Mitsy to go to them for a loving home. They are going to come by later today to look at her. They are being very cautious before getting another kitten. Can you blame them. Mitsy is so beautiful though, I know they will fall in love with her immediately. Mama and us fur sibs would miss her so much, but she really needs an inside home where she will be totally safe. That's what unselfish love means! Missing you all so much! Hi Sandy, Ana, Haley & Angels Thank you for pawing by with the lovely balloons. Baby loves them. She is doing about the same. She really hates her meds but I know she must have them to save her life. Hope she is going to be ok, but sometimes it is not in Gods plan. So we must respect whatever happens, because it happens for a reason. I want my sweet kitty with me, but if she is needed at The Bridge, than it must be that way. So far she is not getting any worse. Thank you for your support it means the world to us. Can you believe it? Fluffernut is actually sound asleep...MOL! It's no wonder though considering how wild & crazy she was earlier this morning. No kitty's purrsonal space was sacred & no tail was safe this morning as she pounced on all of us in her quest for a playmate. I gave her 'the look' of total impatience along with a stern warning, Patches hissed & swatted her ears, & our calico cyclone finally got irritated enough at her that she knocked her down & made her yowl...MOL! Once she found out she'd aggravated all of us to the point of possible bodily damage she raced off to explore in the family room & soon was getting very sleepy. If I know Fluffers (which I do all too well...MOL) she'll take a short nap then be back to full energy levels again & wreaking havoc. In the meantime though I'm pouncing by to visit as many of you as I can & warn you that there's a white whirlwind that will soon awaken & you'd better keep watch for her to rumble through! UH OH...I see her stretching so will lead you to the storm shelter & leave you a vote filled with catnip so you'll have lots of energy to escape from the winds of the Fluffernutter whirlwind!
