We are so sorry that your family had to say goodbye to you. My family had to say goodbye to Slinky last year in June and they understand the total heartbreak that they are feeling. Condolences
We lost OUR Duchess at the vet's office on Dec 23, 2008. She was Winston's mom, & was a beautiful gray tabby Maine Coone. I still get sad about it sometimes, especially when it came sround to the holidays last year.We thought we might lose her grandson Erastus in November, but thankfully he made it through his hip surgery after falling from a pecan tree (a theory since i didn't see what happened). We still have her legacy of beautiful offspring & grand offspring that live at the farm (the kitties here) & I have her son & daughter (Griffin & Butterbean) at the house w/me where I actually live. When I saw you "Duchess, in loving memory", it pulled a heartstring! I am so very sorry for your loss. Here's a vote for her spirit! In Loving Memory of Duchess
Duchess was our baby girl and she was so very special! She was a Persian/Himalayan mix, and you can see how beautiful she was. Her eyes were the most beautiful baby blues you ever saw! She was a very happy little girl, and she was "the boss" over Nemo, and also over Recon, the black lab.........Duchess loved everyone she met, and especially men!
Duchess passed away at the vet's office on January 22, 2010 - she was in renal (kidney) failure. We are truly grieving the loss of our Duchess......she will remain in our hearts forever!!!!!!Come visit me, Duchess (in loving Memory) & Nemo.
