Coat: short haired

Education: My cat can jump up in the air and flip one or two times and then land perfectly on his feet. He likes to believe that he can fly.

My favorite tricks and treats are: He talks to you. You can ask him how he is doing and he'll respond. And he answers yes no questions. He is quite the talker. and Pounce, for sure.

Where I hang out: On his cat tower, at the very top.

My favorite grubs: Ladybugs actually, and the orange ones too.

My pet peeves: He only likes fancy feast, don't try to feed him different. And he doesn't like anyone taking his spot on the cat tower.

What I love about my owners: That she always gives me my fancy feast on time.

My cat hobbies: Play with his feather wand, and watch tv on my lap.

Pet motto: Sometimes some things may fall apart so other things may fall into place.

How We Met

Well, I grew up on a farm with dozens and dozens of farm kittens every spring and summer. Sometimes there were sick ones we had to care for. But Squirt's mom and hid them really well, and we weren't able to get to them until they were already wild. When my mom and I saw that he was in need of some medication, we attempted to catch him, but he clawed me up really good. Well two days later, he was laying in the middle of our barn totally motionless, and barely able to to breathe because of his nasal drainage. So I took him in the house, gave him a warm bath and cleaned him up. Took him to the vet, and got some medicine, and hid him in my room for about 3 months. Then he was just my cat, and now he goes back and forth with me from Ames, IA to Northern Illinois where my parents live on the weekends. And he loves car rides, and has no problems adjusting during any of the visits.

Hey there Squirt! Hope you are having pretty weather today too. Mom has the big glass door open today. We have been watching the birds and squirrels all day. They have been doing yardwork around our apartment complex and Sebastian ran away from the squeaky wheel barrow! LOL! Mom even sprinkled some catnip on the floor for us. Hi Squirt We hope when you meet Taz you wont teach her to fly. She almost made it to the ceiling fan from her tree condo. She and Missy are shelter kitties and they have a great home with lots of toys, love and tuna..meow.You are very cool so we sent you a vote today. We have a stray that has been sleeping in our garage and dad bought him all new kitty things. He likes to sleep in his litter box and go outside for the duties. We named him Ole Gray, and we watch him follow dad all around the yard, from our windows. 10.0 LOL... That is a great picture!!!! Wow, I wish I could jump like that! I had a bad ear infection as a baby and never got into jumping very much. I love playing with feathers!
