How We Met

Jazz is technically my little sisters' cat which she got while still in kindergarten. Jazz was the black and white, unwanted runt from a litter that the mother of a kid in my sisters' class needed to find a home for. We offered $5 which she said no to; a week later she came down to $10 from $30. She then said she just wanted to break even on the cat food and was debating taking him to the pound; yet she made $30+ off each of the other kittens, go figure. 9 years later, Jazz is HUGE! He is actually a siamese and american shorthair mix and is very fit but looks like a basketball player-sized black and white Siamese, years later we let the breeder see him, she had seen a few of the other litter mates since, and she told us Jazz is nearly twice as big as his siblings and parents; he is 20-25 pounds. He is VERY friendly, but doesn't like to be pet for too long and demands to be able to go wherever whenever. He is quite a guard cat, he freaks out our neighborhood cats with a weird alien-sounding monk chant; so he is territorial but keeps physical violence to a minimum
