Hi Purra & Ghost,
One of the mice things about being COTD is meeting new & new friends. It was a nice surprise to check CC this morning and found myself in as COTD. Thanks to all for this honor. I have acquired many new friends on CC and find them to be generous and helpful to all.
It is raining out; but my Dad took me for my walk. I really don’t mind the rain.

Thank you so much for your votes and support for my ACOTD. I really appreciate it and love my shiny new badge. It is quite an honor. My site says I am from McKinney, Texas, but that's because that's where mom was (and is) living when she put me up on CC. Actually, I was a stray in Columbus, Ohio when mom was in high school, living with grandpa and grandma, her brother and Tiger 2. I was really thin and hungry and they started feeding me. It gets really cold in Ohio, so when it started getting cold, they took me in and adopted me. This was in the 1970's. Mom got married and moved to Texas with Tiger 2 and a kitten named Natira in the early 1980's. I stayed with grandma, grandpa and mom's brother because mom's brother, who's handicapped, was real fond of me and I liked to listen to music in his room with him. He loved playing records on his stereo, this was before CD's and MP3's. I crossed to the Rainbow Brige in 1984 because of stomach cancer. I'm all nice and healthy here at the Rainbow Bridge. Anyway, I am very lucky to have made so many nice friends on CC. Thank you again. Hope you are having a wonderful day. The CC community is comprised of thousands of pages. We have a Mouse Hockey League page #121409 directed by Casey. Mouse Hockey is Ice Hockey for Kitties and so much fun! Mouse Hockey is on Summer vacation and starts back in the Fall.
There is a Rainbow Bridge Scoop newspaper page #63509 for kitties who have crossed over, a Catpaign and Mews Room page #46883 where kitties post their news, Birthday Central #73341 where you can register your birthday or your adoptiversary and kitties will come wish you Happy Birthday. There is a page created by Shadow & Terry called the Community Directory, you can find it on page #112364.
Also, it's good to congratulate the Cat of the Day winner every day. You will make a lot of new friends like that. Do you know how to travel around the CC by page number? Simply erase your 6-digit page number from the address string and type in the page number you want to visit. Press enter. So go ahead, click on some of the kitty's names and go visit their page, it's fun!
