My pet peeves: My cats pet peeves are being pestered by the children that live with me.
What I love about my owners: I love my owner because she feeds me the ham and I like her most because she doesn't pester me. She just lets me be a cat.

Hi Orville!
We got some snow today! Wind and rain also. Mom had to get some litter for the box and she got soaked walking from the store to the truck. Then she went to the grocery store to get some milk and take something back and got even more soaked! Poor mom but she shrugged it off and took off her wet jacket and jeans. We only have a trace of the white stuff.
Mom made Mom Kitty a warm and cozy bed but she hasn't used it. She is the only outdoor kitty that we have. She is an older kitty. Mom gave her a pillow and put an old wool sweater on it. She will be warm for she would sink down deep in it and be warm if she will just use it.
Mom and grandmom went out to eat and mom brought home some shrimp tails but no one wanted them so mom threw them away. She was fussing about pigging out on so much salad. She loves the salad bar. It was kinda funny listening to mom groaning...I can't believe I ate the whole thing! Mom is funny anyway. But I love holidays so I could have a holiday each month!
Well, I am trying to decide what to get mom for Christmas and just can't decide! Trace ordered her address labels. Tigger and Chase and Gracie all went together and bought her a used pc game. She loves them. Oh well. I will think of something.

Hi Red
Guess what happened to us today??? It was pouring rain and the wind was really lashing around out there and our power went out at 10am...of course we called mom at work to let her know and she told us to stay calm as there was nothing she could do about it...MOL
Mom knew the power went out cause the hardware store and the other resturant across the street was out, too....some of the customers where mom works came in and told everyone they called DTE and the lights would be on in a few hours...
Mom came home at 4pm and they were still out, so mom lit the oven in the kitchen and we all gathered there for the warmth from the oven...mom also lit her Hurricane oil lamp...the lights came on at 5pm.
We are supposed to get 1-3" of snow tomorrow and the wiinds might calm down...mom hopes so as we all hate the winds.
Congrats on the new brother. Do you like him and do you play with him???

Hi Red
How are you today? I am good. I was sitting on moms lap earlier, I hardly sit there, but I just felt like it today.
Mom can't change our pictures today. She wanted to change our halloween photo's but they will not change...she wrote to CC and told them about it.
mom is watching the Red Wings game. She was happy that DTV and FOX came to an agreement and DTV gets to keep all FOX channels.
Our Howloween was very quiet. there are hardly no kids around here anymore, and it was rainy so we had a very quiet evening here. mom just watched TV is all.
We are having a pretty good week so far, it has been in the 50's and sunny, better then 40's and rainy and it is supposed to be 60* tomorrow...wow!!!
Are you on the East Coast? Guess not...SC is not east...MOL!!! Some of CC fur friends had no power and got lots of snow already.

Hi Orville!
Sorry that it had been awhile since I have talked to you. Mom has finally come to a conclusion....she was going to stop and smell the roses! Actually, she is finally realizing that things are slowing down and will go on with or without her and she was going to do some blogging for me today!
She has been so busy running Sweetie to and from the vet that she didn't really know if she was coming or going. The wound is healing nicely but Sweetie developed asthma on top of everything! Mom has to give him steriods for it twice a day now and he is doing so much better. Any hairspray is used in Grandmom's half bath. No more Lysol to kill stink. When mom changes his litter box later she is going to put him in the den!
Mom loves to wake up with all four of us kitties sharing her bed. Says we are the best of heating pads for her. She loves feeling our warm little bodies against her's at night. Trace is laying on her leg and she has a goofy grin on her face right now. Silly mom.
Trace pooped and peed on her bed this morning. She wishes she had the room for another litter box. One of the other kitties had to go and was in the box and he just used mom's bed. Bad kitty! Bad Kitty!
Gotta scram. I wanted you to know that I hadn't forgotten you Orville. Mom has just been busy with the vet office trips and taking care of Sweetie. She hopes things are slowing down for awhile.

Whatcha doin??? I'm pacin back n forth from the living room to the kitchen...MOL!!! I keep meowing at mom and she pets me.
Mom said she wishes she had 'kitty eyes' then she wouldn't need to wear glasses to see. You know we have purrfect vision and that's what mom wants...MOL!! Can you see a kitty wearing glasses???
Mom finally got her desktop back, but she is afraid to use it cause when she turnes it on it goes berserk, but when her freiend is here it runs purrfectly and she said if it starts acting weird and she tells him about it he will only tell her it didn't do that when he had it...so mom doesn't use it.
Last night CC went down while mom wass in the middle of answering Kels blogs, so she never got to finish with them...they said they were going down for maintenance, so when they did mom shut off her laptop.

Is thomas your brother?? he's very pretty. I see 4 kitties in that photo and only you are orange, you lucky cat!!! Orange cats rule!!!
Dreary day here today...no sunny skies, just 55* and cloudy and damp. Momma turned on the furnace yesterday cause it was so cold, the heat is off today. Mom doesn't want to pay high gas bills unnecessarily right now.
Momma feels awful, she is tired and weak right now, no energy for anything except to lay down or sit on the couch with her laptop.
Mom says it is good she has a laptop cause her desktop is in the fix-it shop again...it is old and worn out.
We got our kitty beds back for the cold weather, mom got them from the basement and put them back up here for us to sleep in, we do not use them in the Summer months so mom puts them in the basement.

We have 10 kitty teams and it is fun fun fun....I'll let Dean tell you about it as you did ask him and not me...MOL!!!
Dean's team is the Orange Crush and only us orange or orange & white kitties can be on the team...we follow the Chicago Blackhawks.
I am one of 2 boys in my family and I havbe 2 sisters as well and we have 2 birds, too...Parakeets.

Wow! four new babies! I would be tired too! Trace's mom had litters of five and my mom had four of us like Stella and I was the only survivor. I had her barely five weeks before she was hit by a car. My other siblings just died. Grandmom thinks it was the combination of hot sun hitting us and perhaps the sore eye and uri that was going around. I got lucky and mom adopted me. Can you believe that I hissed at mom? Trace was abandoned at three weeks. Mom loves us both a lot though. Someone dropped an orange kitten here and mom can't catch it but she wants too. Says that it is too cute but is it a wild one! Just because it is scared and knows that to survive you can't trust. Your mom already has a favorite huh? Don't know if that is good or bad. Momma got her pretty hair whacked off too! About two months ago and the neighbor keeps her bangs and the ends trimmed for her. She had gone to hair school but didn't graduate. She doesn't charge anything but grandmom will pay her five dollars. Momma is happy that the neighbor will do it. Like your mom told you, it does grow back like our fur! Guess that it is the human version of fur. Momma gets awful sad sometimes about not having a job. She misses having her own money and all. Can you believe that momma is already Christmas shopping? She has bought one thing that Grandmom wanted but doesn't think that Grandmom is going to like the color but she told me she would say tough luck! I didn't have a choice! MOL! Momma says it like it is sometimes. Keeps things interesting. Momma says with eleven of us we keep things interesting. Hey Orville....
Hope that you don't mind me calling you Orville. Mom is sitting here watching this car race thing on TV. That is great that your mom and dad worked things out. I am glad that they have their own house now. Having your home is for the better. We all have to take things a day at a time and trust that the good Lord will be with us all the way. Mom is unemployed again and almost took another trucking but she was ridiculed for making the decision to stay home until the big critter was all better and grandmom didn't have any bees wax taking care of the big critter at the time. She felt that she was right and it was what the man upstairs would of wanted her to do. She had a temporary job but that went as temporary jobs are bound to go. The company has closed down since. Momma still talks to her former supervisor once in awhile on FB. We lost our Uncle Jim and his wife a couple of weeks ago in a car accident. His wife pulled out in front of a coal truck. Tell your mom to keep trying. We have an orange kitten hanging here that is scared to death of mom. She and the neighbor are going to try and catch it. Mom's friend in NC wants that kitten. I gotta scram. Mom gave me the look. Think she wants to play her computer game some more. Glad that you came by. Yep! I knew Moon Pie and I miss him very much. When Moon Pie would come by there were just three of us. Now there are eleven of us! Mom couldn't stand the thought of sending a kitty to the pound. Mom just loves orange kitties. But right now we have a rainbow. Mom loves it except for the money she and grandmom have to put out for feed. I do hope that this means we are friends. Gotta go...mom is sneezing, her nose is running from her allergies and she is going to grab an allergy pill! Uh-oh here comes another sneeze!
