Education: Rocky (DOB 12/3/04) has achieved his Premier and Champion titles. Jewel (DOB 5/17/05) has achieved her CFA Grand Premier & CFF Grand Champion titles. SHE WAS JUST AWARDED THE 2nd BEST MAINE COON ALTER BY CFF FOR THE MAY 2010 - MAY 2011 SHOW SEASON!!!! YAY!
My favorite tricks and treats are: Rocky can catch food/treats with his paws. Jewel is a ballerina when coming down from the cat tree and they love Whisker Lickin's
Where I hang out: In the window watching the birds
My favorite grubs: Exclusive, made by PMI (Purina Mills Inc.)
My pet peeves: We don't like the vaccum cleaner (alias the silver monster)!
What I love about my owners: They love us very much & take good care of us.
My cat hobbies: We love to play & sleep on the bed with our family. Rocky loves laying on the desk chair while Mom spins it around. Jewel loves laying on the top perch of the cat tree. We also enjoy playing with our collie sister, Sadie

How We Met
Our Angel Felix crossed the rainbow bridge on 3/7/05 & because the vet said he might be part maine coon, we decided to get one. We had inquired about Rocky days before Felix left us because we didn't want to be without a cat. We were told Rocky was being held for someone else & that he wasn't available. Then on 3/8/05 (1 day after Felix left us) the breeder contacted us to say the person had changed their mind & Rocky was available if we still wanted him. It was the strangest thing ever! We truly believe that Felix made those arrangements & we picked up Rocky the following Saturday. It was bittersweet because we were still mourning Felix. Rocky has been such a blessing. A fews months later he became less playful, so we thought getting another cat might be a good idea. It was the best decision we ever made! Our Angel Felix (67852) had a beautiful black/white coat so we hoped maybe we could find a maine coon that color. We found out the breeder was expecting a litter soon, but she said no black or black/white kittens were expected from that litter. Much to her surprise & ours she had 2 black/white female kittens! She kept one for her breeding program & we took Jewel, who just happened to be a half sister to Rocky (same father, different mother). Some things are meant to be! Her resemblance to Angel Felix is amazing! Maine coon cats are the gentle giants that everyone says they are. Jewel & Rocky weigh 19 lbs each. Jewel has the sweetest personality we've ever known in a cat. She loves to snuggle, give kisses & is just overall very affectionate. They have never once destroyed anything in our home, not even a scratch. They chirp, which is typical of maine coons & they love to play. On 10/15/08 our beloved collie, Tasha (DC 68224) crossed the rainbow bridge. On 10/25/08 we brought home a new female collie pup & name her Sadie, after Tasha’s mother. Those that are gone from our sight are in our hearts FOREVER.

Great to hear from you. So sorry Mom is not feeling well & has three pawrents needing care. Yes it gets difficult as your pawrents & in-laws get older & have health problems. Gma just recently got a live-in care taker. Today was another beautiful day. Mom had the screen door open! Spring is really here now! She turned the heat off last night and now her electric bill will go way down. Very quick weather change! We are thrilled. Forecast says it will go down to 32* Sunday night. But it was 81* today! Sure Mom knows it will get real cool again, maybe even snow! But it was too warm in the apt. If it gets cold we will just use the portable heater. Hope all is well with you! ♥ What a wonderful day this is to spend it with my girlfriend, Sissy Lee 6454, on our 6 year Couples Anniversary!!!! We met here on CC back about February 2007 as we were both in contests sponsored by CC. We voted for each other in the catagories. Back then they had lots of catagories such as Longest Tail which I was in, Most Colorful, and so many more!!!! Even though I never won 1st Place in the contest, I did win later!!!! Tehehehe!!!! I got my girl!!!! It's been love ever since!!!!
♥ Mom is waiting for a phone call from a pharmacy to pick up more Buprenorphine (pain med) for Sassee 10605. Mom has enough to get by for tonight at least. Mom also ordered the Dasuquin last night through EntirelyPets.com for Sassee so hopefully it will be here by Saturday. Mom prays that it will eventually kick in and help ease the pain Sassee's having and then mom can stop the pain med (hopefully)!!!!
♥ Whyskrs is doing great!!!! He has been sleeping with mom at night on the couch and has only been waking mom up once during the wee hours.
♥ Mom is talking about Frontline Plus for Dogs on us kitties tomorrow as it's past time for it. She's also waiting for a nice day so we can be out in the cattery all day while she sets off Flea Bombs throughout the house. This is a bad start with fleas this year!!!!

It's a beautiful sunny day. Perfect for napping & getting a tan! I will be offline for 3 days while my Mom is in San Diego. I'm gonna miss my furiends!
My outside fursister Whitey & her furiend Orangie are fine. Dad & I will be taking good care of them.
