Thank you for all your support and coming by to leave me a votey. You are all the best and I’m blessed that you take time out of your busy day to see me.
Ok some of you might have not like that fact that the show kitties get a bath. They get primped and blown dry. It can be scary. I know one day mom got out her hair dryer and I didn’t like the noise. I just watched mom and didn’t like her pointing the thing at me. My next show a judge told mom she should blow dry me after a bath so I can fluff up like a Persian. Mom said I don’t like a blow dryer but maybe if she finds a quiet blow dryer. I guess I will be getting a blow dryer. SIGH! I’ll see if I like it but I think mom is just throwing her money away. I don’t want to look like a Persian, if I did I would be a Persian. MOL
I don’t mind a bath. I have been real good for the groomer and now that mommy works again she gives me a bath. I do well for her too. I guess I shouldn’t have jumped in mom’s tub when it was full of water and swam a little before getting out. It just blew my cover liking water. One of my furriends mom gave a sample of shampoo she has for mom to try on me. It brings out the white in my furr. Mom used it on me for my last show. I did look shiny and pretty. I hope mom doesn’t find out. She might try it on me before I’m scheduled for another show.
Even after a bath, I’m a mama’s girl. I love to be close to mom. Even when she takes me to a show, after I come home use my litter box and eat, I go lay by mom. I guess I’m not to mad at her for dragging me to the shows.

Hello my darling Spookie!!!
my poor heart missed a couple of beats when I found you had come for a visit. Oh my love! Of course I love you still and have missed you so so much. Mom is is watching this silly show call WIPEOUT. She says it is a miracle that no one has been seriously hurt on that show. Well she says, it is better than anything else that is on. So sorry that your mom isn't feeling well and is so tired. I wish that she was feeling better. Tell your mom that mom thinks about her often and that she really misses her. Mom did something that i am so proud of...She gave up Diet Mt. Dew cold turkey. Mom has been drinking that stuff for over thirty years. She was staying so depressed she couldn't stand it and one time told grandmom that she wanted to end it all. Scary huh? Someone on face book posted an article on aspartame and it's many symptoms of toxicity. Momma flat out quit. She has been drinking water and more water and is feeling better with each day. Grandmom says she is still getting rid of the poison. Mom has been so much happier. That is good news about your Daddy! Hope that he continues to so well. Our weather was scary last night. We didn't even know that it was storming and then...the whole room lights up brightly and the loudest BOOM! Momma jumped a foot and I scrammed off of the chest of drawers! Mom set her foot down with grand mom and said we are getting a weather radio and she did today! Mom decides she is going to do something and by gravy she does! MOL! We will have 70's again this weekend and that means...BIRDIES! They are just lucky that there is a window between this mighty hunter and them! MOL! Spookie I love you always. Day 11
Thank you for all your support and coming by and hitting my votey button. I know you are all busy and I appreciate the time you take to come by my page.
At the cat shows litter is provided. I didn’t care for some of the litter so mom brings our litter. Some humans bring their own litter for their furbaby. Food samples are available at the show, or supplies may be available from one of the many vendors at the show.
Many people bring a small ice chest in which to keep open cans of food fresh. Their special treats is always nice to bring with you. A favorite pillow bed, favorite toy, or anything else to make your kitty feel more at home is nice to bring and set up in the benching cage.
You need to arrive at the show at least one hour before the show starts. You will need to set up the benching cage after you sign in and get your booklet and find out where you are benched. We arrive at least 1 ½ hours early for good parking and get set up. That way I can relax before the show starts.
If it’s a two day show, we don’t take down our things from the cage. We can come a little later because our benching cage is already set up. It makes it nice just to come and get in my cage. I really love my cage, all my things are in there. Then I get a mew toy from one of the vendors. Hehe Sometimes it’s nice to be shown.

My dearest Spookie.....
I was so delighted to find that you had come to see me. Mom sends a big hello to your mom. She really misses your mom. Things here have been boring too. Too cold for birdies to be out and about. Voles...a cousin to a mole, are tearing our back yard all to pieces. Mom gets so mad and wishes they would go away. Mom got a big ole box and put it on the bed and she left it there for us to play in but I got too rowdy and nearly took the box and myself off the bed! Mom was fast and saved me and the box. Now the box is going to go to the dump. Drats! Mom took her truck to have some work done today and she is tired from waiting and waiting and waiting! She hates to wait and of course her book ran out of pages!! Poor bored mom. Grandmom is having good and bad days. Today was a so so day. She didn't feel good and has gone to bed early.
Mom isn't too happy that the weatherman is predicting rain for Friday. The guy that delivers hay was going to help her clean out the feed room so she could take delivery of her hay. That is how it has been around here. I love you my dear Spookie Lou. Love always Trace

There are no words to tell you how happy Mom and I were to receive your kitty letter!! We always think of you. We were worried thinking that maybe your parents were not feeling well. We are so very sorry to learn your sweet Mommy was so sick. I know all of you are now taking good care of her. It´s wonderful to read your Daddy is walking again. Those are great news, friends.
How nice Santa Paw brought Mommy Brenda a new laptop!! We hope so much we can keep in touch during this year. We love hearing from you!!
We´re purring load to know you liked our Christmas card.
We had a nice Christmas with our family.

Momma and I ask you to forgive us because this is a c/p blog, but we´re very behind and we want to visit as many friends as possible.
We have some wonderful news to share with you. We had very special guests at home with us during this week.
Maggie´s parents (#223639) came to Buenos Aires. They met Mom & Dad and they met US too!! You can see a photo of them with me at the bottom of my page. I loved Mom Irene and Dad Bob. They were super nice with us. They rubbed my belly and gave me lots of cuddles. I purred and gave them headbonks.
My Mommy was more than glad to meet our friends!! She celebrated her birthday yesterday and it was a very special one. Dad cooked a barbacue for our American friends and we all had a great night together. CC is an amazing place, a big family. We have met the nicest people ever here. Mommy has always dreamed of meeting our friends and she had the best gift in the whole world sharing her birthday with Maggie´s parents. We will never forget the days we spent together.
We´re sorry for being off line for a couple of days. We are now back and Mom will try to catch up in our blogs.
We hope you have a purrfect night and nice mice dreams. Here is a kitty kiss along with a huge bunch of whisker kisses and hugs...

I did a happy dance when I found you had come to see me. Joy oh joy! I have missed you so so much. Momma had to get a new lap top back in June. The other one was so slow and would get so hot she couldn't stank it on her lap! Mom has missed talking to your mom also. She would sit here and wish that she had your mom to talk to! Grandmom has her good days and bad days too. Oh Spookie! I can't tell you how much I missed you! Mom got a late Christmas present today and she loves it! Her friend in Missouri got a pretty black cowboy hat! Mom says it is going to be her main hat. Grandmom likes it a bunch too! Big hit I would say. Oh I can't believe my Spookie is back! It is so good to hear from you all.We have not got to blog much at al for over a year since mom had the hip surgery,but we have thought of you all.So sorry your mom has been so sick,and that is so great that she is doing better and is home now with you all and that dad is home also,and thats great that he can use the walker now,so glad the family is all back together again.Thinking of you all.Hope you all had a good Christmas we all did here.Everyone is doing ok,mom is just trying to get better and have some of her life back again without all the pian,its just going to take her some time,we are all taking good care of her.I bet your mom loved her new lap top she got for Christmas.You all take care,sending lots of pawhugs for all,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

Hey sweet Spookie!!!!
mom just about fell out of her recliner when we say you had come for a visit. Mom has been so worried about your mom. She figured she had to be really sick not be on CC or FB. She figured she would be back on dyalisis for she remembered you mom having some problems with her kidneys.

That is so great that your Dad is walking again and can take care of your mom. AWESOME PAWSOME!!!

Mom had grandmom to give her a big scare last December and grandmom hasn't been the same since. She had a urinary tract infection that mimmicked a stroke and she would not go to the doctor until she fell and hit her head hard against the hall wall. She was also hallucinating. Mom put her foot down when the rescue squad wanted to take her to the hospital. Grandmom said no and mom said yes you are going and that is that. She went and stayed over night but Grandmom has aged ten years. Mentally and physically.

Mom just gave up on trying to get disability. She said when they told her she would have to give up horses was when she decided to tell them to shove it where the sun don't shine. She isn't going to job hunt until the end of February. No Black Fridays for her. She wants to try to return to trucking if she can then. She doesn't quite know what to do about Grandmom and the horse as far as care goes.

Oh Spookie, I can't tell you how I have dreamed of this day. Yes Spookie, you are still my sweetheart and I still love my Spookie Lou.

Mom has missed your mom too! Leo's mom had to have her hip replacements redone and all went so well with her that she is back to work already!! Mom nearly fell out the recliner on that too!

I LOVE MY SPOOKIE!!!

Mom sends get well wishes to your mom and hopes that they may get back to chatting again once in awhile.

We´re so glad to be back writing to our friends. We had a bad heat wave over here and our city was under orange alert.
We have orange alert when the temperature is expected to exceed +95F. Buenos Aires has been having problems with the electrical system in summer for some years.
It seems when all turn on our air conditioners and fans the electrical system collapses and then we have no power.
We lost power on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. That is too bad: no air conditioner, no TV, no Internet, no elevators working in the building... Bummer!! Mom hates that sooooooo much!!
Finally it rained last night. We needed rain a lot. It has now cooled down a little bit and we´re much more happier. And we haven´t lost power today. Woo-hoo!!
There have been many birds visiting our balcony lately. I´m specially interested in some little black ones; they make funny noises. Mom says I run to the window as soon as I hear them and that I open my eyes very big.
They seem to be rushed; I wonder where they´re going to...
Grandma phoned Mom on Friday night. She told her she was visiting the Port and buying canned sardines and tuna at the Fish Market in Mar del Plata to bring home when she comes back from her vacations.
Needless to say that sounds purrfect to me!! (Tee-hee!)

Boy was I happy to see your note. Did your mom get her computer fixed? Yay! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. Mom & dad went to Uncle Ted's and Aunt Barbara's for Thanksgiving lunch, and they broughts us turkey. Yumm! We really liked not having so many people come to the house. It was nice and quiet and we still got special treats. We're having everyone over here for Christmas Breakfast so I guess we'll get our excitement then. We were all busy packing our bags yesterday after the Polo Game. It was time to leave the Estancia in Argentina to fly back to USA. Dame Cherish, her pilots and the planes were ready to leave first thing in the morning. It took us 11 hours to arrive to the Royal Castle. Today is Thanksgiving and King Mickey and I wanted to spend this special holiday in America. We want to thank each one of our friends for being part of our lives, for the wonderful times we shared together, for the sad moments when you were by our side, for your love always... THANK YOU!!
And now, dear kitties, let´s celebrate this “turkey day”! Since the Castle has been closed for a couple of days and we´re getting everything ready to the Royal Wedding next Saturday; King Mickey and I invite all to spend the day at Abigail & Koshka´s cottage on page #147614. They were super kind to prepare a special dinner. Chef Sammy & Chef Oscar Jon cooked also two roasted turkeys with gravy, creamed onions, mashed turnips and potatoes and cranberry sauce.
We´re also bringing Abby & Koshka pumpkin pies and pumpkin breads baked by Lady Artemis.
Lady Mimi & Lady Strudel have prepared a thanksgiving basket for each one of the kitties. They are filled with smoked almonds, crunchy caramel corn, French chocolates and Caffe Latte Mocha Mix. We hope you like them!!
Angels Marley & Loki and sweet Mama will doing many activities for the little kittens, such as thanksgiving crafts and games. Don´t miss them! You will love them.

Mr. Sun shines brightly in Tigre this afternoon. After our adventure during the last two days; King Mickey and I decided to stay at the Estancia. We have some nice relaxing activities scheduled for this day.
Miss Betty Boop and Lady Zoe Monique will be teaching the kitties to dance tango since many of our friends told us they would like to learn.
The Catnip Gardens will be open to all. The kittens love rolling over the grass and play surrounded by fresh catmint.
Our Royal Cruises will be doing short fishing trips through the Paraná River; Captains Sammy, Shadow & Raven welcome aboard every kitty at the Port.
Lady Lily will be giving more riding lessons with her Unicorns Viento & Nieve. Dame Cherish and her kitty pilots wait for you with their planes to take you in a lovely flight over the Estancia and its surroundings. Don´t miss these flights; the sight is awesome and you will have the time of your lives!!
Chef Oscar Jon is making micehrooms pizza for dinner. Please, visit the Ice Cream Cart where you can always have milk shakes, ice tea and ice creams.
Tomorrow our Kitty Polo Dream Team will be playing; be sure to reserve a front row seat to enjoy of an exciting game.

I´m so glad your computer is fixed and you´re back on line. There have been lots of things going on around here.
King Mickey and I are going to get married next Saturday; I hope you accept to be one of my bridesmaids. That would be very special to me. I´m the happiest kitty in the whole world!!
Mom and Dad had a nice time at their friends´ home yesterday night. They invited them to a birthday pawty. Our mischievous parents came back home at 04.00 am!! Can you believe that? Of course, we were waiting for them at the door.
Today we´re getting lots of extra Mom and Dad time. They decided to stay home. We had lunch, a nice napp and we´re answering our kitty mail now.

It rained a river yesterday night and it´s been said it will continue raining today. Meanwhile, the temperature still keeps around +90F and the kitties are getting ready to take a tour to Buenos Aires´ City.
We´ve rented a kitty bus and Malachi is driving it.
The trip from Tigre to Buenos Aires City takes about 45 minutes. Buenos Aires is beautiful. Princess Sally stands and explains our fur friends we´re on 9 De Julio Avenue; the widest avenue in the world. The kitties look through the windows. A huge quantity of cars come and go. The bus stops for a minute. Sally tells all to take a look to the Obelisco. The Obelisco is a monument considered an icon of Buenos Aires, built in 1936 to mark the fourth centenary of the foundation of the city. It´s located in the Plaza of the Republic, at the intersection of avenues Corrientes and 9 de Julio. It was declared a National Historic Landmark.
The kitties get down the bus and Queen Boo Kitty makes sure to take a lovely photo of them all in front of the Obelisco. And now we´re on Corrientes Avenue. Oh boy!! Mom loves this street so badly!! I remind the silly songs she listens at home; it goes like that: “las luces se encienden y calle Corrientes se llena de gente que viene y que va...” Probably you haven´t heard it before but it´s very popular over here. (the lyrics mean “the lights turn on and Corrientes street get full of people coming and going...”)
Corrientes Ave. is the hub of nightlife and bohemian city of Buenos Aires. In its bars and theaters coined the tango, and throughout history,big bands and singers, including the popular idol Carlos Gardel played and singed their songs there.
An Argentinian writer, Roberto Arlt wrote the following words about Corrientes Ave.:
Corrientes, at night! While the other streets sleep to wake up at six o'clock, Corrientes, wandering the streets, lights at seven in the evening all its neon signs, and rectangles garlanded green, red and blue, white walls throws its reflections methylene blue, its yellow picric acid, as the glorious challenge of fireworks.
The street you love, the street you really love. The street is so nice to walk because it´s the street of forgetfulness, joy and pleasure.
Princess Sally anounces we´re in front of El Gato Negro. One of the nicest places to have a drink in Buenos Aires. Gato Negro is a classic and traditional bar and restaurant in Buenos Aires, declared Notable Café and Cultural Heritage of the City of Buenos Aires and is also one of the main spices selling houses in town. In its first floor restaurant has a lounge where events are usually performed accompanied by jazz and tango music.
We´re all ready to have a kitty drink there. The day is young... There are still many things to be seen...

Hello My Darling Spookie!!!
Mom and I were thrilled to see that you had come for a visit! My heart was jumping with joy!
We were all so sorry to hear about the death of your dad's 19yo son. Please accept our belated sympathy.
The final NASCAR race of the season is on TV and so if there are too many earrors, it is because my secretary is watching the thing. Her favorite driver is leading so far. Well he just lost the lead and mom is miffed. She wants her man to win. It can get pretty whackiy around here during a race.
Mom lost her Uncle Jim (grandmom's older brother)and his wife when she pulled into the path of a loaded coal truck. It pushed their car into a the parking lot of a business. Patsy had been diagnosed with alzhiemer's disease and mom keeps wondering why she was driving in the first place!
Then in October grandmom's younger brother passed away. He had health and mental issues created by the Korean War. He lost both of his sons this past June too, so you know that pushed him over the edge.
Sorry to hear that your daddy is in so much pain still. Insurance companies are notorious for changing things. They know when they have you and that is it. I hope that when the doc gets back he can give him a better med.
Mom has missed chatting with your mom. She gets so lonely sometimes. She hopes that your mom can herself fixed in January and she will begin to feel better.
Sweetie was shot in the foot and it is all better. Almost can't tell it had been shot! She had him neutered and now he is an indoor kitty.
Have a new sister too! Her name is Dixie and what a stinker she is. I do mean she is a stinker!

Hi Spooky,
What a wonderful surprise, it is soooo good to hear from you again my dear friend. Computer problems are the pits. Mom had a busy day. It started out delivering a few Avon orders here in town. Then she met up with Gidget's pawrents and spent several wonderful hours chatting with them. They are such a nice couple. From there she went to a class to learn to make wreaths from that mess material that is all the rage now. Mom made a black and gold one for the Saints for Dad and she bought a stand to display it on. She still needs to attach some fluer-di-lis ornaments and black and gold bulbs and go buy some more fluer-di-lis ribbon to make a couple more bows and she will have it finished. From there she was off to deliver Avon and did not get home until about four hours past the setting of the sun. I was getting worried that I would not have supper tonight, tee hee. I miss Mom when she has such busy, full days. Hope you are having a caterific weekend. Loving purrs, Wolfie

*ROADRUNNER - THE ATHLETE
A black stray cat from New Jersey has a heart-warming, uplifting story to tell. One morning she came to Michael Greenblatt, a fitness trainer and rubbed her face against him when he was out for a jog. Michael went on with his run, but the kitty trailed behind. From that day on, the two became running partners, and she was named Roadrunner.
Everyday, Roadrunner showed up at Michael’s doorstep at around 5:30am, waiting for her partner to start the morning jog. A month later, Michael thought that he had to have this special cat in his life, so he welcomed Roadrunner into his home and the bond between the two started to blossom.
Michael is treating Roadrunner like an athlete. He preps her before the run and times her every time they are out. But I have a feeling that it’s Roadrunner who is truly training Michael, getting him out of his house to run with her.
Roadrunner loves her daily exercise. When Greenblatt gets home from work, she demands it. To Michael, Roadrunner means the world to him. “They say that pets find their owners, she definitely found me. I always felt that she is the best roadrunner of the world. She maybe the only roadrunner of the world.”
*OSCAR – THE BIONIC CAT
A cat that had its back feet severed by a combine harvester has been given two prosthetic limbs in a pioneering operation by a UK vet.
The new feet are custom-made implants that "peg" the ankle to the foot. They are bioengineered to mimic the way deer antler bone grows through the skin.
The operation - a world first - was carried out by Noel Fitzpatrick, a veterinary surgeon based in Surrey. His work is explored in a BBC documentary called The Bionic Vet. The cat, named Oscar, was referred to Mr Fitzpatrick by his local vet in Jersey, following the accident last October. Oscar was struck by the combine harvester whilst dozing in the sun.
The prosthetic pegs, called intraosseous transcutaneous amputation prosthetics (Itaps) were developed by a team from University College London led by Professor Gordon Blunn, who is head of UCL's Centre for Biomedical Engineering.
Professor Blunn and his team have worked in partnership with Mr Fitzpatrick to develop these weight-bearing implants, combining engineering mechanics with biology.
Mr Fitzpatrick explained: "The real revolution with Oscar is [that] we have put a piece of metal and a flange into which skin grows into an extremely tight bone."
He said that the success of this operation showed the potential of the technology.

FRIENDS & SHELTERS - Part I

Good afternoon dear kitties!! Mom and I thought we wanted to dedicate a couple of days in my campaign to tell you about some friends of us who work everyday to help cats, dogs and other animals to have a better life. They are always in need of help, volunteers, food and medicines.
If you can help them in any way or if you´re interested in their work you´re very welcome.
Please, if you´re considering adopting a fur baby, remember there are many of them looking for a home everywhere. There are also kitties and doggies with special needs. They are different because they need lots of special care and attention but they are plenty of love to give in return. The first shelter we are going to talk about works with kittens with special needs.
Mom and Dad met them through the Internet about one year ago.
They´re the BLIND CAT RESCUE & SANCTUARY in St.Pauls (NC)
They were started in 2005 to answer the need for a safe place for blind cats that were deemed unadoptable by regular shelters and were going to be killed just because they are blind. In 2011 they built a second shelter to answer the need for a safe place for FEL+ & FIV+ cats that were going to be killed just because they test positive for these viruses.
They publish a newsletter named "The Blind Cat Beacon". You can visit their web site at www.blindcatrescue.com and they also have a Facebook group to keep you updated about their cats.
You can help them by visitng them, volunteering or sponsoring one of their cats. Most of their cats live permanently at the shelter although sometimes a special person comes and gives them a furrever home.
Our family is currently sponsoring a kitty named Desireé. She´s both blind and deaf. Mom writes to the shelter and they tell us she´s super sweet. You can meet her on the web site. They also have a "wish list" of items they usually need.

Hi My Bestest Girlfriend, It's Me Talley,
Oh Spookie, I was so happy to hear from you. I told Pete and Ms Murphy that Starlight and My Buddy send their love. Both of them were thrilled. Pete says we should bring the whole family, and have a complete weekend outing. You and Trace, Pete & Starlight, Buddy and Murphy, Raven has just started seeing a kitty named Bart, he seems very nice. I don't have anyone yet. It seems like whenever I meet some one I could like, well.. I think of Tigger and get all sad. I just wish I knew what happened to him. I always include him and his family in our prayers. Oh well, I have ggod friends like you, parents who love me, a wonderful family. I'm a very lucky kitty. Who knows maybe I'll meet someone someday.

TOP WAYS TO DRIVE YOUR HUMAN CRAZY
(for cats ONLY!!)

1 - THE FAKE FOOD BEG
Practice your most pitiful meow, conbined with an expression of imminent starvation. When you have both down pat, follow your human around, mewing pathetically, and licking your lips whenever she looks at you. When she finally relents and dishes out a bit of your favorite food, sniff it disdainfully, then "cover" the food by scratching the floor around it. Extra points for dragging something over to actually cover the food. Her new silk underwear would work well.
2 – THE 3am WAKE UP CALL
In the wee hours of the morning, go to the furthest place from your human's sleeping place and wail loudly and pitifully. When he or she finally gets up to investigate the problem, assume a sleeping position and keep your eyes tightly closed. Wait 15 minutes after your human returns to bed, then repeat. Caution: Do not repeat more than three times. You want your slave--err, human, well rested in the morning so she can wait on you all day.
3 – CAMERA PLAY
One of our humans' favorite activities is pointing the black light-box at us to capture our most clever moments in what they call "pictures." Our favorite game is to arrange ourselves in stunningly cute poses, then move quickly or look away when the camera comes out. Is it any wonder that most cat pictures show us sleeping, or with our backs cleverly turned away from the camera?
Tips: Extra points for closing your eyes, moving until your ears are cropped off. Red eye images are great too.
4 – THE BOX GAME
The day will come when your human mom or dad will bring home a new toy for you. Pretend a great deal of anticipation and interest when she sets the box containing the toy on the floor. When she brings out the toy from the box, treat it with catly scorn (you know how), and focus your entire attention on the box it came in. The more lively your box play, the more fun this game can be. (You can always secretly inspect the toy when your human isn't looking.)
5 – TURN ON THE LOVE
When your human has had a particularly hectic day, and is fed up with your ruthless games, take a break and turn on the love, as only cats can. Jump on her lap and give her your most sleepy-eyed lovie gaze, as if you adore her more than anyone else in the world. This may come naturally to some of you. Others may need to practice, but we guarantee that the time will come when you'll feel the love for real, and the rewards will be priceless.

Hey Spookie!!
I nearly melted when I say your blog. My heart began thunking a hundred miles an hour! My beautiful Spookie finally got through. I am in heaven this morning.

It is raining here too. Blah! that means little or no birdy action to watch. Oh well. I will just annoy mom and Patches today and sleep so that I will still be handsome for my Spookie Lou.

Sweetie is doing just fine. Momma had to take him to the vet on Monday and has to take him back tomorrow. The vet let momma go to the back with her and when she took the bandage off, momma's eyeballs popped out! She couldn't believe how little that huge hole had become! She was smiling when she came in the house! Sweetie must be feeling better for he has jumped in the tub to investigate and escaped his Ecollar and picked at the green bandage! Momma caught him picking at it yesterday and scolded him! MOL! Momma had to do that though. The skin graft seems to be doing well too and the vet is really happy with how well all is going.

We understand all too well about computer's not being right. Hope that your momma gets her's fixed soon. I would think that I was in heaven hearing from my girl every day! Woooo Hoooo! I will play some fine hockey tonight too, because I heard from my lady love.

I delivered Miss Tigger's message to him and he says to be sure to tell her that he loves her and misses her so much. We will have to do a double date when we can get together.

Guess who! It is me! your sweetheart Trace! I just wanted to come by and say I hope that your mom and dad are doing ok. Plus I wanted to say 'I LOVE SPOOKIE!' Okay I got that said.

Not too much is going on here. Mom is still said over losing her Uncle and his wife. They died of injuries sustained in an auto accident the last week of August.

Someone dropped a pretty little orange kitten here and mom has tried all that she knows to catch it. It is a little ol' thing. Grandmom calls it Dixie cuz it is a Southern kitty. MOL! Grandmoms.

I really just wanted to write and say I love you Spookie and miss you so much. I can't wait to see you. Hope that it is soon.

How are you, my precious twin sister?
Mom said she would help us to catch up in our blogs this evening. She had a couple of super busy weeks but she´s having vacations during this week and we´re very glad to have her at home with us.
Spring is coming and we´re having lovely sunny days. The trees look green outside and the flowers are starting to show up.
Grandma came back home last Saturday. We missed her much. She brought us some canned tuna and two new toys.
Today we had a purrfect day. We slept with Mom until late and then she was combing our hairs. Sally was trying to help Granny in the morning. She jumped over the kitchen counter and threw over the floor the basket full of eggs. (MOL!!)
Poor Grandma had to clean up all that mess... And Sally had a good scare!!(Tee-hee!!) She didn´t like broken eggs. She went and to hide under Mommy´s bed.

How are you today.Another hot day for us but cool out right now.Went for my early walk,nothing much going on yet.Lots of birds singing,mr. squirrel comes late in the evenings now.Went to all MY mousey bushes,no mouseys at all,I think they all got together and ran aways from thier mousey homes cause they knew Spongie-mousey-a-nator was after them all,hehe!Sat under the bush but did not hear the bush monster this morning,guess he was scared of me!Looked over the bank,nothing there,Oreo,Spotty must have been at the barn.Walked some,ate a little grass,then mom said time to go in until the grass gets dry,your paws are all wet,ahhh mom,I can always dry them off,but had to come in,I lay down and would not move,but mom finally got me up and I growled all the way in,just as I was going on the porch,an outside kitty was comming off and I wacked him a good one,hehe,well he was in MY way,he sure moved fast,mom said Spongie that was not nice he was eating his breakfast.Came in,ate,dried off my paws,still to hot ro run yet,all MY things were ok and in place,hey mom come quick,someone ate all MY treats I had hid in MY window,the treat monster has been here,hurry call the monster police,hehe!Mom has to carry me treats and lay them in MY window for me so I can munch down,and look out the window at the same time.Mom got me some more treats,ate those,now I'm looking out the window almost time for my nappy in mr.sun,love you,Spongie.Mom said I had been a good boy for her the last few days also!Hi,Muffy slept good last night,but has been a little restless this morning,he did eat a small bite for mom,drank a little water and is now laying on moms lap and the heating pad sleeping,thanks so much for keeping him in your prayers,he is our little fighter.Baby on puter chair,nope,she has not fallen off yet,Blossie eating,Cindell,Missy,Buddy on counter,Wicket on dresser,love you,The Gang.Hi bringing you a angels hug on my way to mom,and snuggle with Muffy,moms on her heat,back is a little better today after retsing,thanks so much,for thinking of her,Bootsie,Rambo bring angel wing kisses,love you,Angel Gypsy.Spongie here,I ate MY treats,now I'm napping and dreaming of catching a mousey by its feets,hehe!!I know,I know,I'm so silly,but gotta love me,hehe!!

How are you today,going to be hot for us today.We are sure having a hard time getting pages to open up on CC,and its so slow anymore.Went for my early walk,nothing going on,guess everything was still sleeping in,lots of birds singing,no mr, squirrel he ususally comeS by late evening now.Went to MY mousey bushes,looked around,then I saw something moving in a bush up in the field and tried to go there but mom said I don't think so little man we are not going up,there might be snakes there and that could be the bush monster in there,I heard something rustling in there,ahhh mom,I will protect you from that ole monster I will wack him right over that bank,hehe,but she still would no go,so I just sat and watched,never did see anything,I tried to get Oreo to go check it out,but he just looked at me and lay down and rolled over,if I could have got to him he would have got a wack,but mom was playing with him,what about that and me trying to catch a bush nonster,they were playing,outta let that ole monster get them,hehe.So I just sat and looked over the bank awhile,ate some grass,mom said time to go in,nope,not going this time mom and I lay down and would not get up,mom said I'm going to wack your little behind if I have to carry you in,ahhh mom,so I got up walked,growled,hissed all the way,wacked the rug on the porch as I came in,hehe.Ate,checked out all MY things,all ok and treats in MY bowls still there,still to hot to race through the house yet,so now I'm napping on moms stool,love you,a pouty Spongie.Hi,Muffy slept good last night,but has not ate for mom at all this morning but is drinking water,he is sleeping on moms lap now,he does not want mom out of his sight at all,mom hopes she can get him to eat some later,she is letting him rest now,thanks for keeping him in your prayers,he is a fighter.Blossie eating,looking for Muffy,Baby on puter chair,she already fell off 3 times this morning,Cindell,Missy,Buddy on counter,Wicket on cabinet,love you,The Gang.Hi bringing you down a sunkist hug on my way to moms to be with Muffy,mom is on her ole trusty heat pad as ususal,Bootsie,Rambo bring sky blue kisses,love you,Angel Gypsy.Spongie here,I wanted to stay out and look all about for mousey,but had to come in,so now I will just pout and dream of wacking that bush monster right on his little backy all arounf the housey,hehe!!

Hi Spookie
I was so very happy that you came by to meow. I hope that your momma and daddy are doing well. I have missed you so much my furriend. I am sorry that I haven't meowed till now, but things are kind of different at my house. I don't know if Trace's momma told you, but momma's boyfriend, Jim, died in January. Momma is still having a very hard time cause she misses him so much. I try to be the best Leo that I can be, but she still cries all the time. I have two sisters now. Jim's cats, MIss Kitty and Pepper, came to live with us. At first, I wasn't to excited to get sisters, but I am really glad that they are here. Pepper and I like to play together. And guess what? We got a dog too. Her name is Lily, but I call her Stinky McDog. Momma put up a pet gate in the sun room, so that we kitties can have a Lily free zone. She wants to be furriends, but we just want her to not touch us. Yuck! I hope that we can meow more soon. Lots of hugs to you my lovely furriend, Leo

♥Hello Sweet Sissy Spookie!!♥
This is your friend Lola here, wearing my kitty umbrella and writing from rainy Buenos Aires. (MOL!!)
Mommy bought a new scratcher for us. She saw it at the Pet Shop and thought we would like to have it. She was right. It´s round and pink and has a tiny gray mousie inside which moves when you touch it with your paw.
It´s a mischievous mouse, I have to say. Sally wants to take him off there but she can´t. (Tee-hee!!) She got mad at him a couple of times and mumbled.
I don´t mind the mousie being there as long as I can have fun with him!!
Mom´s Grandma traveled back to Mar Del Plata yesterday; it was nice to have her at home with us. Now the apartment is all for us. I´m in charge of it while Momma goes to work. I supervise everything until she comes.

How are you today.Going to be hot for us,could have rain later.Got my early morning walk in,no mouseys or anything out yet,but I did see something moving under one on MY mousey bushes,I think it was a mousey hiding from me,mom said it might have been the bush monster,ahhh mom it was not,was it?Guess I better get my head out form under there,don't want no ole bush monster grabbing little ole me,hehe.Looked over the back,nothing there but ole weeds,then here comes Oreo streaking by me,he said ha I can run faster that you on that lead,ahhh mom no fair he gets to go and I can't for the ole lead harness,I outta karate wack right out of it,hehe.Then Oreo was looking at something,I slipped up behind him and gave him a wack right on his back,he sure ran then,I laughed at him!Mom said Spongie that was not nice,well mom,he was in MY path!Walked more,no mr. squirrel this morning,I will go to the barn later and say hi to all barn animals and horsey,that is my late evening after the sun has gone down walk.Then mom said time to go in,ahhh mom,I want to stay out all no,but no,had to come in but I growled all the way as usual,mom just laughs at me!I like the new porch floor now,its cool on my paws as I go across it,came in,ate,checked ouy all MY things,went down and stayed in MY apartment for awhile,mom yelled and said Spongie what are you doing down there so long,well mom making sure there are no basement monsters in MY apartment,hehe,came back up now I'm napping on moms stool,love you,Spongie.Hi,Muffy had a good night but is a little weaker but eating good for mom,he is sleeping now with sis Blossie,thanks for thinking of him,Baby in window,Cindell,Missy Buddy on counter,Wicket on dresser,love you,The Gang.Hi bringing you an angels hug on my way to moms,Muffy,she is on her heat,Bootsie,Rambo send cloud kisses,love you,Angel Gypsy.Spongie here,hot weather go all away so I can have energy to play all day,chase mousey,bugs,and wack away,hehe!!

How are you today.Thank you so much for my COTD!Mom was so suprsied when she saw where I had won,she yelled hey Spongie you are COTD little man,and gave me big hug!I got my favotite Pawty Mix treats,Friskies canned food and my morning walk for my COTD!I was hoping to catch a mousey,I yelled down in the mousey holes and said come on out mouseys,I'm COTD and I need to pounce on you,no ole mouseys came out,hehe.But I had fun,then we had to come in,I ate some more,mom gave me another hug,I wacked Wicket,well the wacking paw needed excerise this morning,hehe,now I'm down in MY apartment singing happy COTD to myself and looking at my shiny new badge I love it!Thanks Felicity,Aunty Mom Sandy for my beautiful COTD picture,thanks everyone for my treats,goodies,wishes and making me COTD,mom cannot stop smiling at me,love you all and thanks again so much,sending you all goodie bags filled with treats,love you,a proud Spongie!!!

How are you today.Another hot day,we had some good rain last night and might have more today.Went for my early walk,went straight to MY mousey bushes,nothing going on,ole mouseys,they must have ran away,Oreo was even looking for them.No mr. squirrel,he must have went on vacation,I sure miss him.Lots of birds singing.I go say hi to the barn animals in the late evenings when its cooler.Ate a little grass,sat in the drive to look around,watched Oreo climb MY bank,I said ok Oreo you know thats MY bank,move off it,he just looked at me and kept on going,that will call for a wack when I can slip up on him,hehe.Then mom said time to go in,its to wet out right now Spongie,your paws are all wet,ahhh mom,I growled all the way.Well I sure showed that ole porch monster who was boss ay MY house,I go rigght back on the porch now like always after I got used to the new floor,I like it better,its cooler on the ole paws,and the outside cats really like it.Came in,ate,checked out all MY things,all ok still to hot,to run yet.Mom went back out on the porch to feed,and looked arond and there I stood,hehe,I had slipped out on her when she opened the door,mom said well Spongie,picked me up, gave me a big ole hug,kiss and put me right back in the house,hehe.Can't slip by mom at all!!Now I'm napping on the cabinet,love you,Spongie.Hi Muffy is still doing good,he has been a little restless this morning,but ate good and is now napping with Blossie right besdie him,Cindell,Missy,Buddy on counter,Baby in window,Wicket on dresser,thanks for always thinking of Muffy,love you,The Gang.Hi,bringing you down a rain drop hug on my way to moms,Muffy,her back is a little better today,still on heat,thanks for thinking of her,Bootsie,Rambo send cloud kisses,love you,Angel Gypsy.Spongie here,hot weather go away so I can go out to play all again,I need energy to run all around and leave some wackys on The Gangs backys,hehe!!
