Keep these pointers in mind when visiting or participating in a cat show.
1. Ask the owner before touching or photographing any cat.
2. Do not show your cat if it shows signs of illness, or has been exposed to a communicable disease within the last 21 days.
3. Always supervise children.
4. Do not talk to the judge while he or she is in the show ring.
5. Keep aisles clear for traffic.
