I traveled in past as a nurse with a cat in 1991. I proved all the landlords wrong and kept the place spotless. It is important to set a good example. I know when people have good experiences with tenants they are more likely to let pets stay.
I now own a home because I want to have pets.I also volunteer at a local shelter and people do have to give up pets. I met a lady that was heartbroken and going through a bad divorce and gave up her cats because she moved back with her parents. We offered to foster th cats till she gets back on her feet.
