Cat College Requirements

Cat College 300 Level is a three-month curriculum of nine courses that will give you the foundation for understanding and caring for your cats.

Each month, from September 1 through November 30, we will offer three new courses. You must pass Cat College Level 200 as a prerequisite to registering in Cat College 300 Level. (To pass the 200 Level, you must take all quizzes and score 60 percent or higher.)

Cat Club members will earn 1,000 points just for enrolling, in addition to 25 points for logging on each day.

To graduate, you are required to complete all of the quizzes with a passing score, which is 60 percent or higher on each quiz.. To receive top honors, you must take all of the quizzes and score 90 percent or higher on each one.

After 300 Level classes end November 30, Cat College graduates will be able to download and personalize a Cat Applied Technology diploma. All top honors graduates will be able to download and personalize a Magna Felis Laude diploma.

The Cat College 300 Level valedictorian will receive 5,000 Club Cat points. To be considered for valedictorian, you must take all classes, complete the final exam and score 100 percent on each quiz and the final. A winner will be selected by random drawing to win a year’s worth of IAMs Healthy Naturals cat food from Petco Bottomless Bowl!

CatChannel is proud to bring you this curriculum, which we hope you will find as fascinating as cats themselves.

I like the classes so far. I work in an industry involving cats and dogs and told my boss what I was doing. She thinks this is great!

Linda, you don't even need a scanner. Like Mitch says, if you have photos saved on your computer then you can access them through the buttons on the 'submit project' page. It really is very simple. Also, if you have a smart phone or a digital cam, all you need is a USB cable to download your pics on to your compouter from your device. Check out the study group in the CC forums and ask for help. Welcome to the 21st century! LOL
