Just an FYI, she is so cute but I do worry about a fall. When our cat first came home with us as a kitten, being curious, we looked up to find him walking in a similar spot. Before I could get to him, he fell. We were lucky. The steps were carpeted and he landed on a higher step, not all the way at the bottom. It could have been a very tragic experience. The staircase area was immediately covered in double sided tape and other sticky paper. She is too adorable to take chances with. Falls are a major cause for a large percentage of injuries and deaths to cats each year.

You people who are criticizing her for playing with her cat this way are ignorant!! The cat wouldn't play there if it didn't want to. She says both of her cats play there all the time. You all must not know cats very well.

You play on the ledge & that will be a video I will like to watch. Are you waiting for one of them to fall? I'm sure they would like to play on the floor just as well.
