When most cat owners hear the words “needles” and “felines” in the same sentence, the first thought that usually comes to mind is that they need to trim their cat’s claws. But a rapidly growing field of alternative therapy is beginning to conjure up different connotations. Acupuncture, an ancient Chinese therapy used for centuries on both humans and animals, is gaining popularity as treatment for a variety of feline illnesses.
