 | | Cat's Name: | | Butch the Amazing Barn Cat | | Owners Name: | | Lee Zasloff | | Why I named my cat with this name: | | I had moved to the country and needed a barn cat since my all of my other kitties were indoor-only. I went to the shelter and was shown a bright orange tabby cat with a big face and muscular body and was told he would make a perfect barn cat. I adopted him on the spot. When they took him out of the cage I saw that he was actually quite compact and had a little bobtail that made him look both cute and rugged since he was so muscular. His name at the time was Sandi but I knew that wouldn't work. I named him Butch. He quickly demonstrated his outstanding rodent-catching abilities and became known as Butch the Amazing Barn Cat. He still goes outside but he is now a very pampered, mostly indoor kitty. |
