Memorial Text:
Hi! We have 3 cat's. Milo 16, he's the gray one, Gizmo 15, he's the black one and Molly 14, she's the black and white one and a domestic long haired cat. On May 15, 2014 we unexpectedly had to make the decision to put Molly (the black and white cat) to sleep due to kidney failure. She was a beautiful cat that I saved and caught off the streets when she was just a kitten. It took me 3 days to catch her and I finally caught her with a fishing net. She was a great girl that loved playing fetch with her special balls. We would throw it and she would bring it right back and drop It in front of us to throw again until she got tired. She gave us 14 wonderful years together. About 1 month later on June 17, 2014, Milo (the gray cat), who the vet said was a Russian Blue, got very sick. His face and eye became puffy, nose was bleeding and he completely stopped eating 2 days before this and we had to spoon feed him. We brought him to the vet in tears and they did a head x-ray and found a tumor. We knew we had to put him to sleep, but needed a few hours with him to say goodbye. We found Milo when he was a kitten off the streets in Chicago. He truly was my best friend. He was my lap cat. He was always getting into something. It's crazy the special bond I had with Milo. He definitely showed all of us that he loved us, but especially me. Everywhere I was, Milo was there on my lap. I've had cat's all my life, but the bond with this cat, was crazy. I miss him terribly. We lost Molly and Milo only 4 months ago and I still cry everyday. So left behind is Gizmo (the black cat). Gizmo and Milo had this unbelievable bond that I have ever seen between 2 cats. When Milo wasn't on my lap, he was snuggled together sleeping with Gizmo. They truly were best friends and Gizmo is so lost without Milo and looks for him every single day. They would always wake up together in the morning and walk side by side and have to eat together. Now he lays down and sleeps by the food and water bowl for hours waiting for Milo to come. Breaks my heart to see this. We had Molly and Milo cremated and put into urns. I put together a shadow box as you'll see at the end of this video that's attached. I have pictures of both cats too and the shadow boxes and urns if you would like me to email them to you. I put together this flipagram as a tribute to Molly and Milo. I cry every time I watch it. This is our tribute to our babies who we love and miss so much. If you have a problem getting the video or need me to send it again or with pictures, please let me know at JenM94@sbcglobal.net I believe my story, video and pictures are definitely worth seeing and publishing. We loved our cats and our hearts were broken when they left us. For some reason, I can't attach the video. Could you please give me a email to send it to? I'd really like for you to see it. I'll attach a picture of Milo with his best friend Gizmo. Thank You! Jen Michalec
