This time of year is known in Hollywood as awards season. The world watches with bated breath to see who’s going to make it to the red carpet at the Oscars.
Not to be outdone, this seems like a good time to get in on the awards act on behalf of our feline friends. The recipients of my Catittude aren’t feline; instead I have decided to honor authors and illustrators who best understand the maxim “Dogs have owners, cats have staff.” Their words and artwork best explain why we love cats.
