Take a good look at your cat — chances are, kitty is curled up in a favorite, comfy place enjoying a nap. But if you look a little closer, chances are your housecat is overweight.

A life of leisure, combined with other factors, such as age and whether your cat is spayed or neutered, can lead to unhealthy weight gain and obesity, putting housecats at risk for serious health complications.

I think it's good to know if your cat is over weight or not and how to get them back to the right weight.

What canI do to help my kitty, I'm pretty sure she's overwieght, she can barely jump up onto my bed!
