A treat here, a table scrap there — it all adds up. Or perhaps your cat has unlimited access to food and partakes of the buffet a little too often. And, of course, many of us know of a certain special feline that simply wants to relax all day long, avoiding activity whenever possible. Whether a result of too much food or too little exercise, cats can transform from slim and sleek to overweight in the what seems like the blink of an eye. As with humans, excess fat can lead to medical problems.
