Step Aside, Dogs

“Cat-Minster: CFA International Cat Championship” takes the cat fancy to the small screen.

For the first time in the 100-year history of the Cat Fanciers’ Association, the CFA’s International Cat Show, the largest international pedigreed cat show in the Western hemisphere, will be aired on national television. Called “Cat-Minster: CFA International Cat Championship,” the docu-drama will be broadcast on GSN, the Game Show Network, in March.

“Pedigreed cats haven’t had their day in the sun, not like the dogs,” says Dena Kaplan, senior vice president of marketing for GSN, based in Santa Monica, Calif. “I’m excited to bring attention to the cat fancy in a fun, energetic way.”

Awesome! Bless the ones that do help to get cats in the spot light, this is just the kind of attention cats need. All we need is more of it. If dogs think they are so awesome think again, one day, cats WILL over power dogs and their selfish owners
