Spring brings new leaves on trees, the heady scent of flowers and, if you have cats, lots of shedding. Although cats that live a secluded, indoor existence shed continually because they are exposed to air conditioning and heating, there’s no question about it: Come spring, they really get rid of their thick winter fur. Consequently, the idea of spring cleaning a house inhabited by shedding felines seems like an oxymoron.
