Neama stretches lazily, enjoying the warmth of her bed and the soft tones of classical music playing in her room. She gazes out the window at the birds in the garden outside. She glances over at a midday snack of shrimp, then decides to go back to sleep. Too bad her owners don’t go out of town more often!

The feline guests at Captain Kitt’s Cats Only Shoreline Inn in Connecticut enjoy a pampered stay, courtesy of the boarding facility’s owners, Valentina DaCosta and Tim Ziegler. “From check-in to departure, our goal is to make our guests feel as comfortable and stress-free as if they’re home,” DaCosta says.

so glad more hotels/motels are letting animals in, humans tear stuff more than they do.
