 Jezebel
Jezebel came to us 15 years ago as a tiny, very quiet, scared kitten. She is still tiny but has a big mouth and a big appetite. She has learned how to stare pitifully to get what she wants.
She has some very strange habits and has trained us very well. We tell her she is a grown up, but she thinks she is our baby princess. She thinks our bedroom is her territory and her brother can’t come in. When she wants to lie on the bed, she looks for one of us and gives us that pitiful look and runs to the bedroom. We have to go lie down with her and pet her all over to make her go to sleep.
For a 5 pound cat, she eats a lot. Every two or three hours she thinks she is hungry and will sit in front of her food bowls looking like a starving orphan. We feed her what we think she wants but she usually ends up with four bowls of food and walks away only licking the juice. At 3 or 4 in the morning she will wake us up, nibbling at our hair and toes wanting more food.
