Clearly I should have entered this article. My cat Corrie definitely is competitive for the most spoiled cat:
-Of COURSE Corrie only drinks bottled water. However, the bottled water must be moving water, not still. He drinks out of a DrinkWell bowl, but prefers me to tip the glass myself so he can drink out of the glass while I am holding it. (Corrie used to drink from my bedside glass, but stopped when we got flowing water.)
-Corrie will eat only 2 types of food: special 'crunchies' bought at high price from the vet, and Science Diet. The last time I tried to feed Corrie anything else he looked at the bowl in complete disgust, stalked away, and glared at the wall until I removed the offending food.
-Corrie's Booda Box is cleaned at least twice a day. Now, however, he insists on having it cleaned 'between acts.' If he has pooped or piddled, Corrie demands we remove it first, so he can finish the 'last act.' I usually don't give in, but my husband always does, smoothing out the litter for the pleasure of Corrie's bottom.
-Even when the air conditioning is on, we open the french door side light so Corrie can watch 'Cat TV' (i.e., birds and insects in the back yard) through the screen.
-Even on my days off I make the bed, as Corrie only likes to sleep on the made up duvet cover, not an unmade bed.
I could go on, but you get the point!
Of course, Corrie IS worth it all!

I THINK MY CAT SHOULD HAVE WIN BUT THE CONCEST WAS FUN AND THINK THERE ARE SOME REALLY CUTE CATS AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WINNERS
