Celebrate Super Seniors
Find out how to enter our Super Seniors contest.

As cats age, they continue to brighten our days with their comfortable companionship. Like slipping into your favorite pair of jeans or pajamas, there is ease in living with a cat that knows you and your schedule and that rules your home with a wise paw. And some of them stick around longer than we believed our luck would have it.

We want to meet the Oldest Cats and find out how they continue to enrich your lives. Well select the top three Super Seniors to feature in the December 2006 issue of CAT FANCY.

RULES:
Send a clear, focused photograph of your Super Senior and a typed description (up to 100 words) of your favorite thing your older cat does now, to CAT FANCY, Attn: Oldest Cat Contest, P.O. Box 6050, Mission Viejo, CA 92690-6050, or email them to letters@catfancy.com (type Oldest Cat Contest in the subject line). Include your cats name and age, and your name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and email address on each entry.

Entries must be postmarked by Sept. 1, 2006. Limit three entries per household.

Entries become the property of BowTie Magazines, a division of BowTie Inc. The company cannot confirm receipt or return entries and may use them for any purpose. By submitting your photograph to this contest, you agree that if you win the contest, your contact information will be given to the contest sponsor, who may use the information for marketing purposes.

The contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents, except employees of BowTie Inc. and their families. No purchase or entry fee is required.

I just read the winners in "oldest cat contest". I was amazed at the first place winner "Baby" who is 36 years year. How wonderful. I was wondering maybe you could do an interview with Mr. Palusky. I'm sure your readers would love to know the whole story behind this kitties life...I know I would.

What a great idea! Cats are indeed living longer, and our senior kitties are very wise souls.I am sorry I did not hear of this earlier; my 23 year-old Calico, Dickens, would have been in the running. Bless our senior kitties!
