The death penalty would be appropriate for that man. No, actually, that would be too good. If he were tortured in the same way as he did the cats, that might be a fitting punishment. I volunteer for the job!!!

This is too much. I cannot believe this woman would kidnap these peoples cat. It isn't their fault that the dog was up for adoption. Sounds like maybe the dog is where he should be.

I wish they would bring back the hanging law. People like this Kooyman (I don't know if you could call him people, more like monster) should be hung. He will probably get off on insanity because of some bleeding heart. This angers me so much to read an awful story like this.
