Rachael Ray is bringing her down-to-earth culinary style to a whole new audience: pets.

The star of syndicated talk show “Every Day With Rachael Ray” and “30 Minute Meals” has launched a line of dog food and treats called Rachael Ray Nutrish, and a line of all-natural cat food products is also in the works, Ray said.

“I love my dog Isaboo, and as a member of my family, I need to make sure that she eats as well as the rest of us,” Ray said in a statement. “With the launch of Nutrish, I now have the opportunity to share with other pet lovers some of her favorite meals, flavors and special treats.”

Proceeds from the all-natural products will benefit Rachael’s Rescue, an organization Ray founded to help homeless animals.

“It seemed like not a lot of extra time to donate to something that could potentially raise millions of dollars for championing these little creatures that can’t speak for themselves,” Ray said of the line’s charitable mission.

Where can I buy your cat food? Is it the same name as your dog food? I have 3 little guys; Pinot, Grigio & Chardonnay. I watch your show whenever I can & enjoy our cooking products in mt kitchen. Thanks for all you do.

Rach, Saw on your show this morning about the new cat food in the works. I am thrilled. I have 5 furry friends and always worry about what they are eating. Love you and all you do. Thanks for not forgetting about us. Maggie-Diesel-Maddison-Murray and Muggsy.
