The city of Sacramento wants a nicer pad for its cats. Sacramento animal control officials asked the City Council to approve $200,000 in additional funding for high-tech caging at the city shelter’s cat facility, The Sacramento Bee reports.

Kyle Clark’s two cats were due to fly to Canada last week to join him and his family. I don't care if they have 50 witnesses! These men deserve to do time. How terribly cruel. The attorney aught to go with them to for defending them.

How completely sad for Kyle Clark and his family. I do not understand how these cats are getting out of cages. Sounds fishy to me. These Airways want the money, then don't care about how the pet is taken care. I am going to say prayers for the safe return of their pet. I know how devastated they must be, and this airline, should fly the other one for free.

I hope the shelter in Sacramento receive their money for a nicer pad for the cats. They deserve this.
