A kitten in Midvale is fighting for survival after being born with two heads. The extremely rare deformity means the day-old kitten has four eyes, two noses and two mouths that are identical. It also has two cleft palates and is believed to have one brain, The West Australian reports.

Man Who Wielded Bat at Dallas Animal Shelter Says He Only Wanted His Cat Back
A 59-year-old man who took his cat from the Dallas Animal Shelter while wielding a bat said he only wanted to retrieve his beloved pet and never intended to harm anyone. Roger Booth of Dallas said he went to the shelter Monday after he couldn’t find his blue-and-gray shorthaired cat, named Mr. Gray, The Dallas Morning News reports.
