We all understand that folks do despicable things for money,but to go around killing pets for fun & then displaying their mutilated bodies for folks....including owners & kids....to see is a whole new level of psychopathy & downright EVIL. Another smirking innocent appearing sociopath living quietly in the neighborhood & going out & killing at night like BTK did.Practicing on cats so he can graduate to humans later.Neuter him before he can breed. If it were possible for Jeffrey Dahmer, the BTK killer & Ted Bundy to create a baby, this kid would be the result.He just has bad wiring in his brain & counseling probably won't work because he's hard wired from birth to be a sociopath. God help us all if they slap this malignant mutant on the wrist & let him loose in society. I hope he goes to jail & the prisoners GET HIM like they got Jeffrey Dahmer.

They should put Weiman in prison and let him be abused for the rest of his life. There's no rehabilitating someone like him. Next time it might be a child or spouse.
