Very often they have discovered that inmates make very good candidates to work with animals. Many have never realize what is is to love and be love by something that doesn't judge them.Great programs.

maybe the person who burned the hair off the kitten's head will go to jail where he (she) can help other animals that have been neglected and hurt. better than going to hell, i'd say. the inmates at the prison are doing a great job with the dogs and cats. they have committed crimes, but they are trying to redeem themselves by caring for others and learning that animals need love just like people do.
