Nicole Richie Adds a Cat to Her Menagerie

Big deal. She has the money and now it's a big deal. My daughter and I actually rescued a dog moments from facing being put to sleep last week. She is only one year old and we are trying to feed her and take care of her after her spaying with the hopes we can take her to a luxury place where she can roam and be loved the rest of her life. We originally found her abandoned wandering in a busy intersection, totally emaciated and frightened. We tried to put lost & found on Craigs List, our local paper and no one claimed her. We thought it best if we took her to our local shelter. It was all downhill from there and the fight for her life was on.
If we could afford it, we would keep her. She's lovely and playful, wants love, gives love and is just adorable. I bet that kind of thing never gets into print, but you know what, I don't care because I know in my heart what we had to go through to make sure this dog has a great loving life. Now this is a big deal!
