A family of Bobcats is expected to be released back into the wild within the next two weeks after being discovered living in the backyard of a Plano, Texas home.
The feline family, including a mother and her three cubs, lived underneath the pool deck at Plano resident Priya Singhvis home for about the past month.
The mother and her kittens have been picked up by Plano animal services and are expected to be released back into the wild by mid-July.
Texas animal experts have said that new residential growth in the area forces wildlife into residential areas.
There weren't enough local natural resources for the mother cat to raise her young in, so she picked what was available, said Cliff Moore, a wildlife specialist for Animal Services, Inc.
