Emily Scott Pottruck introduces readers to 58 families and their beloved pets in her book, Tails of Devotion: A Look at the Bond Between People and Their Pets.
The bonds people form with their pets are incredibly strong, no matter what type of animal wins that person’s love. In her book, Tails of Devotion: A Look at the Bond Between People and Their Pets, Emily Scott Pottruck explores the special relationships 58 families have formed with their companion animals.
All of the proceeds from the sale of the book will benefit the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
“I firmly believe in the mission of the ASPCA and other groups like it,” Pottruck says, “and hope that Tails of Devotion can help raise funds and awareness in a brand new way with 100 percent of the proceeds going to their fundraising efforts.”
