I believe she probably did have too many animals for where she lived, however, were they clean and well taken care of? Also, the fine part and the law on how many pets is just another way for them to get more money out of someone. Good luck to her. I hope she finds good homes for these animals.

Great Article on the man with six cats. I keep telling my friend that there are a lot of men who love cats and she says she can't find any. Will have to give her this article. Good job!
