Napoleon is a Russian Blue cat found six weeks after he slipped away from a horrific collision Oct. 14. All three of my cats are microchipped and also registered with the City. I'm too scared to lose them. Microchips are the safest form of ID as collars and tags can get lost.

Obviously, Parade does not own Ms. Howie. It is not as easy as they say to get a tubby kitty to lose weight. You can't make a cat eat special food and that is not good either.
