The Winn Feline Foundation has launched a new program designed to promote and enhance the relationship between cat owners and their veterinarians. The Winn Feline Foundation Veterinary Honor Roll program gives cat owners an opportunity to express their appreciation by nominating their veterinarian for this honor.

For a minimum donation of $100, which goes toward feline health research, Winn will send a framed certificate to the nominated veterinarian and a letter naming the donor. The veterinarian’s name also will be listed on the “Veterinary Honor Roll” page on the Winn website.

Steven Hull, DVM, who lives and practices in Arlington, Texas, is the first recipient.

It's great to see that veterinarians will be recognized for their great care of animals.

Sounds like a good program. Wish they had a website for veterinarians like ratemds.com for physicians as well, though. People need a resource to give positive and negative feedback on veterinarians in their area.
