The cat is not only a perfect predator, but also a perfect pet! Why do these two seemingly conflicting characteristics combine so effectively? I think the reason is that unlike many other predators, the cat is innately capable of extending and expressing love to others than its own kind. Also, the cat's beauty, grace and delicate size make it very appealing to human beings. Who cannot love this soft little friend with its warm fur and jewel-like eyes?
